These terms govern access to this website and the purchase of drum and percussion lessons, workshops, and clinic tickets from Rimbeat Studio, Magasinsgatan 15, 411 18 Göteborg. Swedish law applies. Disputes are handled by Swedish courts unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.

Content is provided for information about our studio. We may update pages, prices, and schedules without prior notice. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that every description is complete at all times. Links to third-party tools (for example video apps for online lessons) are outside our control.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed when we accept your request and you pay according to the agreed lesson card or ticket. Prices are quoted in Swedish kronor including applicable VAT where required. Details of flex cards, monthly plans, and discounts are described on the conditions & options page and form part of the agreement when referenced in your confirmation.
Cancellations
Students should cancel or reschedule with at least twenty-four hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may consume a lesson credit. If Rimbeat Studio cancels, we offer a replacement slot or credit. Distance contracts for consumers follow Swedish and EU consumer rules where they apply to your purchase channel.
Studio conduct
- Treat instruments, rooms, and other students with care
- Follow volume and headphone guidance during shared hours
- Do not record other students without clear consent
- Arrive sober and ready to practise safely
We may end a session early if equipment or people are at risk. Serious misconduct may lead to termination of remaining lessons without refund beyond what mandatory law requires.
Liability
Lessons involve physical activity around instruments. You participate at your own risk within reason; we maintain ordinary studio care. We are not liable for indirect losses or for home practice outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law.
