Clinics & listening nights
Occasional evening events — guest technique demos, play-along listening, and short Q&A for adult players.

What a clinic looks like
A typical clinic runs about ninety minutes. We open with a short demonstration on the studio kit or hand drums, then break patterns into pieces you can try on pads or shared instruments. Listening nights flip the focus: curated tracks, score sheets for curious ears, and discussion about feel rather than speed contests.
Seats are limited so the room stays comfortable. Current students get first notice by email; remaining tickets open to the public when space allows. Events are adult-oriented — the same quiet, focused tone as our weekly lessons.
- Arrive ten minutes early for seat and stick check
- Bring headphones if the evening includes silent play-along
- Photography only with the room’s consent
- Tickets are non-transferable unless we approve a swap
Upcoming notice board
Dates change with guest availability. We publish the next clinic on this page and in a short note to the student list. If nothing is listed, ask — we often hold a listening night mid-season focused on groove recordings from soul, Afrobeat, or Scandinavian indie rhythms.
- Next open clinic: announced by email to current card holders first
- Theme nights rotate between kit technique and hand percussion
- No alcohol service — tea and water only
