Conditions, discounts & options
How lesson cards work, when discounts apply, and what to expect when you pay.
How to start
Choose a lesson format on the site, then send day and time preferences via the contact form or email. We reply to arrange a first slot. Existing students may renew cards by bank transfer or card in the studio. Cash is accepted for on-site payments during opening hours.
- State preferred weekdays and whether you want studio or online
- Pay before or on the first lesson of a new card
- Keep your confirmation email — it holds your remaining balance
Tuition options
- Flex-10 card — ten private lessons, valid twelve months from purchase
- Flex-20 card — twenty lessons, valid twenty-four months
- Monthly plan (10-month season) — billed monthly for a set number of lessons outside public holidays
- Monthly plan (12-month calendar) — same lesson count spread across the year for steadier budgeting
- Workshop block tickets — sold per evening or four-week hand-percussion series
Private lesson lengths are thirty or forty-five minutes. Online sessions use the same cards as studio visits. Exact kronor prices are confirmed when you book — they depend on length and format, not on surprise add-ons.
Discount rules
- Rule A — Household: when two adults in one household buy yearly private plans, the lower-priced plan receives ten percent off from the second course year (yearly payment only).
- Rule B — Combo: a yearly thirty-minute private plan unlocks ten percent off concurrent djembe group fees; a twenty-minute private plan unlocks five percent. Yearly payment only; not stacked with other combos.
- Rule C — Group pairs: two adults from one household in the same djembe or cajón group receive ten percent each from the second course year on that group fee.
Discounts are confirmed in writing before payment. They do not apply to single drop-in clinic tickets.
Cancellations
Give at least twenty-four hours’ notice to move a lesson. Same-day no-shows deduct one credit from the card unless we close the studio for weather or illness. Unused flex-card lessons expire on the printed date and are not refundable for cash, though remaining value may transfer to another adult household member once with written notice.
